Marketing Services Manager 

Position Summary:  

Our digital agency (firstcall-web.com) is focused on helping Montana businesses move from where they are, to where they want to be through effective digital marketing services.         

We are looking for someone who has skills in digital marketing planning and execution across websites, content, social media and paid search.  Must have a passion for helping small businesses succeed online and be fun to go to work with every day.  

Job Status: Full Time 

Employee Type: Hourly  

Pay: $25-$32hr DOE

Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Position Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Client Relationship/Results/Retention 
  • Marketing Campaign Planning/Results Management
  • Web Support/Help Desk ticket resolution
  • Existing Client Agreement Reviews and Change Management 

People, Processes, and Tools 

  • Maintain operational command of the department’s people, process, tools and functions to consistently produce key outcomes.  
  • Help improve existing processes through constructive input and observations of opportunities. 

Campaign Management 

  • Ensure effective management of non-content digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the agency's sales and operational goals as well as the client's brand and business objectives.   
  • Management on non-content digital campaigns includes: 
    • Resource scheduling 
    • Budget alignment 
    • Client communication and meetings 
    • Outcome reporting and feedback 

Web Design & Development Management 

  • Ensure effective management of website design, development, and support. 

Team & Departmental Collaboration 

  • Coordination with different department managers to provide client feedback, operational observations, internal systems updates, and risk assessments. 

Strategic Feedback & Creative Planning 

  • Provide input and insights that contribute to client brand strategy, marketing strategy, marketing plan and campaign execution. 
  • Collaborate with team during strategic planning sessions to provide insight and opportunities to improve brand elements, direct client input, or discover better ways. 

Management Responsibilities 

  • Serve as direct manager to the Web Designer & Developer providing scheduling, go between communication between them and the client, and helping to guide their development as a resource. 
  • Establish an outcome-driven collaborative leadership approach within the team.
