IT Support (Tier 1 & 2)   
Position Summary:

We are seeking (2) highly skilled IT support professionals who are dedicated to resolving technical problems and providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys tackling challenging issues and helping people get back to work. 

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues for our clients, documenting IT-related information, and providing friendly and efficient customer service to end-users. 

 

Job Status: Full Time 

Employee Type: Hourly 

Pay: $22-$29/hr DOE

General Work Schedule: 8am-5pm M-F, with participation in an after-hours on-call rotation  

Travel/License Required: Yes, Minimal local travel
